Control of Hazards: man power is trained to save from
hazards so that work may be done safely. If rules and regulations are not
properly taken care on work-places then hundred percent hazards may happen.

Work place must be clean and clear.

Proper dress should be put on while working.
3.
Goggles must be put on eyes for grinding specs
that fly during work.

The use of screen is necessary when welding is
being done.
5.
Loose clothes should not be put on while on
duty.
6.
No untrained or inexperienced worker should be
allowed to work.
7.
Before we start our work examine safe guards.

Always perform work with suitable signals and
instructions.
There are many possibilities of accident happenings in metal
shop. Thus, attitude and maturity are two things to keep balance between them. Production
and profit are not satisfactory if hazards in them are not controlled.
Safety precautionary methods
are handled to have better results. There is no full sleeves shirt used in
industry because it would be caught in some machine and accident may happen.
Furthermore, if someone have a tie or use muffler he will
have to put it off or penetrate inside the shirt because while working it may
entangle in some machine or ambush with some other tool the result will be
accident.
Oil or grease on floor may cause slip and worker might be
injured or claim his life. This point needs focus so that cleanliness should be
landmark of organization. The smell of grease or oil may cause suffocation n
some confined spaces. In July and August moisture add to smell more it is too hard
to breathe even.
Bracelet and locket may entangle in some machine so they
should not be wearing while working. Once you are going to adjust them you may have
a near miss.
Have a sufficient size of your hair that they may not
entangle in the machine. You may use rubber band or hair-clip to hold them
intact.
Use apron or dungaree from industry in place of your common clothes.
Your common suits are loose that have accident often so try to save yourself
from accident.
It is safer to use safety shield against flying chips while working
in grinding, drilling or buffing. We have to take precautionary steps for
better safety in future.
We should use the tools about which we know only fully and
further we have already used. Without any acknowledgement we may have losses and
our production will go worst and we may have weak hold in production.
Such tools which are not in proper working phase should be
marked and that they have report in the main office concerned. Tools must have
repairing, if not, substitution with new ones.
An examination should be arranged to scan the working
position of tools, if they are up-dated the production certainly increases.
Handle of hammer is checked, if not, works properly then it
should be substituted. Such an early action on behalf of good production
promises good profit.
Plane without handle may injure hands and also gives low
working.
Sharp-edged tools should not be kept in pockets. They may
get injury and harm to the body. A proper box should be used to keep them in a
gathering position.
Chisel should be in working position.
All plugs, switches, tools and appliances working with
electricity should be over-viewed before their use. There are many important
things in machine safety shop. Such tools that cause harm to man should be
carefully used. It is possible only if we take care some of laws in view.
We must not let oil and grease on our hands so we must keep
our hands clean and clear.
We must take care of our eyes.
We must keep our surrounding clean to great extent.
We must not clean the working machine but should clean it on
closing it.
We must not put anything either a tool or any material if
machine is working.
We should use only brush to remove chips.
We must not use compressor to remove chips
from machine.
We must not put our hand on any running part of machine.
The person who is expert and also knows the working of
machine like trainer may stand for guidance and no other extra man because he
may have some loss on touching any part.
Care and good observation are two great parts that do not
let befall any accident. There are different types of machines, some of them
are more tangible in working but some are not. It is the same in wood-work
safety shop that all working tools must be checked. Satisfied working is done
with tools and machines. Some more safe
precautions are taken care about tools and machines. For every field either it
is oil, chemical, electronics, electrical or civil planning and methodology are
different.
