HSE- How To Understand Dangers And Control Them?

Natural risks are very different than the technical ones. I have named here danger as risk which means 'possible'. There is a difference among 'risk','danger','hazard' and 'accident'. These terms are used in industry. and thoroughly followed.  Some precautionary measures are to avoid any mishap in the industry area. Every industrialist must be aware of safety. In other sense of the word, he may lose his grip over work sooner or later. it is difficult sometime to predict about the dangers.Every company or any institution performs its work according to the situation that exists there. Until any practical step is taken to study the case no positive result is expected.
The more you work ,the more dangers and risks you face. It mostly happens in all sections. Either it is purchasing or any other like production department. The big failure is actually Human Decision. The dangers and all hazards that happen in industry are a cause of failure. The whole mechanism is disturbed when any hurdle comes on the scene.
The ratio of accidents befalls on large scale
Technical Failure           20%-----30%
Administrative Failure    70%-----80%
Technical hazards are when there is a failure in design or management , an  accident occurs and disorder comes before. Human life is in danger;someone gets injury;administrative damage spoils financial position and some is done to property of factory.
Dangerous material transaction, storage, power production and manufacturing etc are done. There is a great risk in all aspects. Care must be first and foremost because in other negligence somebody may lose his life.In addition to it, some may get injured. Technology where there is a fund of benefits also brings with it many difficulties. For example, If a dam is built on a river we may get power but no guarantee that flood can be stopped.. Every progress brings its risks with it as well.If a lab man stops using chemical who will perform the work. Thus, we can control risks to happen but can not finish the use of products.
